Osharian Tri-propulstion system O.S.P.

The MPS in this article is only one of may propulsion systems designed by Atlas. Atlas was well known for his highly advanced universal inventions. Here is a paraphrased article written by O-Notis the scribe.

Atlas " In my beginning here in what will be known as a universe, I came from another universe. I was commissioned by Divinity or as my kind call him Ana. I was sent to repair the balance.  I was to protect the Mother, Ani from Anu. Also I had a secret mission. I was to trace the anomaly variable.

To be successful in my missions, I had to have access to all the constructional data that makes up this universe.  I came into existence here and found myself before the mother. I told her to send her offspring to a specific location. Then Anu came upon me. I came up with a invention that could hold Dark light energy within a positive light matter construct. I also devised a way to travel fast than Dark light ( 4D ).

Later I designed a specialized communication device. I design many other inventions as well."

Back in 1989 I Resh Kohen Cattance Indollen Atlas Oshar of the Order of Oshar, head of the Council of the tree of truth, leader of the Osharim and the Alliance,  recreated several of my old designs, and inventions from when I was Atlas.

Osharian back to the first directive

Are we ready yet to reclaim our angelic technology.  We need to first separate alien technologies from modern day human technologies, and focus on ancient technologies that humans had, not the other beings. As in Atlantis technology time period where megalithic technologies were in common use. These humans utilized natural geographical structures that were not built from scratch.  Instead modified structures. Volcanic caldera  where best in the Ice age time periods. Provided all needs but were subject to having unprepared eruptions that destroyed many of these sites.

The criteria was simple for the most part. You needed a power source, living organic space, and water within a caldera. Natural spring were a big deal in that time period of advance human technology at play. We where turned to a higher vibration frequency. Due to the great rift we lost that for the most part for 3 ages. We now have the language to properly describe these functions of these technologies in question since the end of the last ice age.

Like the great reactors which used many forms of energy.  Dark light energy,  positive light energy,  proton to proton reaction, carbon fusion, geothermal and geomagnetic energies, and electromagnetic energies,  but to name a few. These reactors did everything.  Powered everything. All device interfaces were apart of the reactor's computer systems. Made up of nanoparticle and quantum computer networks. These advanced systems were able to operate in multidimensional and multiverse spectrums. Long story short humans were once a great universal species.  We were destined to be the greatest of all species but also the last new species.  A combination of 2 other species in origin. The first and last of the 12 galactic species  of the Milky way. But modified many, many times over, and refrained. Humans in origin was" The Man ". Not human or humankind, nor Male or female. Angelic titans want to prevent " the man" from being the superior form.

Osharian Antarctica Atlantis theory

New evidence from Russian scientist show underwater lake tributary and river tributary systems under over 1.2 miles of ice. As many have heard from history Atlantis was destroyed by a violent volcanic eruption. followed by massive earthquakes and then a super tsunami flooded it out. When fresh water mixes with salt water it can trigger a mini ice age or extreme freezing. So what if after a massive tsunami there was an instant freezing of the flood waters? This would cover up any evidence that could have been left behind. In addition to that a pole shift would cover that in even more ice. So now that there is a great thawing of the ice glaciers of Antarctica perhaps the evidence will be found. This explains why no traces of this continent has been found so far. This is just a theory and much more research must be done. There is a great deal of evidence already found in the mid Atlantic that supports that the Azores islands might be the true location. However the word Atlantis is plural for Atlas. Which means there could have been many location of this civilization. And many believe Atlantis was more than a location. It was an empire and a period of time. In 2019 Osharian scientist a long with Scientists from other countries plan send an expedition to Antarctica to further research these claims and the possibility of this undiscovered truth.

Well in this day and age humans can reach for the stars.  Soon the human species will be able to travel to Mars again.  The idea has sparked a movement of priesthood members of the Oshar,  Osharians,  Osharim, Oshar of Earth, the Council of the tree of truth,  and the AllianceE. With Elon Musk and others reaching towards humans of Earth becoming citizens of Mars.

So we are now working with the O. S. P. foundation.  The U. S. government took this website down back in 2012. There is now no record of it at all. Even though the website was in operation by 2008. So 4 years of internet activity, yet no remaining trace is left of this website or any other references made by other websites. Really!

We have faith that this website will probably stay up and operational due to the valuable technological information that is declassified by this website.  The government would like to record , research,  learn,  and  then develop technology from this website.

Osharian Weather manipulation

In a recently aired clip on CBS, Physicist Dr. Michio Kaku talks about experiments that scientists have been doing with weather modification.  The experiments that he discusses sound strangely similar to what we know about the HAARP facility in Alaska.  These experiments seem to operate in the same way, by shooting lasers and nanoparticules into the sky.

HAARP was established in 1993. According to Wikipedia, HAARP stands for ( High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program ).

HAARP is said to be designed to study ionospheric patterns. Formed and funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, and the University of Alaska. Designed by DARPA ( Defense Advanced Research Project Agency ), and BAEAT (BAE Advanced Technologies; copyrighted ).

The public record purposed was said to be to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology. This technology is based in part on Tesla's work with electromagnetic fields and Dynamo theory and Einstein's unified field theory.

In 2014 ownership was transferred to the University of Alaska.

Later in the conversation, Michio Kaku talks about the deep history of weather modification that has been carried out by governments for decades.  Very quickly the CBS staff interrupted him to point out that government directed weather modification was only “alleged”.
In new research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Professor Wolf Kasparian said the laser beams create plasma channels in the air that caused ice to form.

He said: “Under the conditions of a typical storm cloud, in which ice and supercooled water coexist, no direct influence of the plasma channels on ice formation or precipitation processes could be detected.

“Under conditions typical for thin cirrus ice clouds, however, the plasma channels induced a surprisingly strong effect of ice multiplication.

“Within a few minutes, the laser action led to a strong enhancement of the total ice particle number density in the chamber by up to a factor of 100, even though only a 10−9 fraction of the chamber volume was exposed to the plasma channels.

“The newly formed ice particles quickly reduced the water vapour pressure to ice saturation, thereby increasing the cloud optical thickness by up to three orders of magnitude.” 

In addition, last year we reportedthat A leading weather service is reporting that the US government is opening a public, on the record study into weather modification and Geo-engineering.

Weather modification and Geo-engineering are both taboo topics for most people, with many believing that no such programs exist.  Despite the mountains of proof put forward by whistle blowers and and independent researchers, weather modification is just too crazy for some people to believe.

The government has been involved with many of these projects on the record, but they will rarely admit this and refuse to entertain any questions on the subject.  The media have also been complicit in keeping most people in disbelief of weather modification and Geo engineering.

Osharian scientists claim that there are a number of the HAARP sites all over the U.S. and the world. There is a site on the East coast of Florida that is not talked about. It is suspected that these HAARP site have and are being used for weather manipulation.

In 2005 Hurricane Katrina hit and was the second hurricane in meteorological history to not follow normal patterns. The path of this hurricane was studied by Osharian scientists for years and then cross referenced with all other hurricane patterns in the history of Meteorology. One one other hurricane has had a strange pattern like this.

In 2008 a hurricane hit Myanmar, ( Burma ). This was a natural forming hurricane, however the path that it took was unprecedented. Never in a hundred years of records had a hurricane took such an unnatural course. Osharian scientists report that durning the time in question, that there were readings of super charged ionic energy in the upper layers of our atmosphere. There was a spherical EMP discharge. This can happen naturally but is very rare. Only one such case reported, ( Hurricane Katrina in 2005).
    From this Osharian scientists concluded that the HAARP was not in these case being used to create hurricanes, or to magnify strength of a hurricane, but to control it's direction, path.

Osharian reactor found

An ancient Osharian group of scientist were send to South western Africa. It was discovered that a mine was not just a mine after all. After an investigation a report was filed with mineral rights dept. It wasn't until now that this report was released to the public.

Back in 1972, a worker at a nuclear fuel processing plant noticed something suspicious in a routine analysis of uranium obtained from a normal mineral source from Africa. As is the case with all natural uranium, the material under study contained three isotopos  ie three forms with different atomic masses: uranium 238, the most abundant variety; uranium 234, the rarest; and uranium 235, the isotope that is coveted because it can sustain a nuclear chain reaction.

Elsewhere in the earth’s crust, on the moon and even in meteorites, we can find uranium 235 atoms that makes up only 0.720 percent of the total. But in the samples that were analyzed, which came from the Oklo deposit in Gabon, a former French colony in West Africa, the uranium 235 constituted only 0.717 percent. That small difference was enough to alert French scientists that there was something very strange going on with the minerals. These small details led to further investigations which showed that least a part of the mine was well below the normal amount of uranium 235: some 200 kilograms appeared to have been extracted in the distant past, today, that amount is enough to make half a dozen nuclear bombs. Soon, researchers and scientists from all over the world gathered in Gabon to explore what was going on with the Uranium from Oklo.

What was fund in Oklo surprised everyone gathered there, the site where the uranium originated from is actually an advanced subterranean nuclear reactor that goes well beyond the capabilities of our present scientific knowledge. Researchers believe that this ancient nuclear reactor is around 1.8 billion years old and operated for at least 500,000 years in the distant past. Scientists performed several other investigation at the uranium mine and the results were made public at a conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency. According to News agencies from Africa, researchers had found traces of fission products and fuel wastes at various locations within the mine area.

Incredibly, compared with this huge nuclear reactor, our modern day nuclear reactors are really not comparable both in design and functionality. According to studies, this ancient nuclear reactor was several kilometers long. Interestingly, for a large nuclear reactor like this, thermal impact towards the environment was limited to just 40 meters on all sides. What researchers found even more astonishing, are the radioactive wastes that have still not moved outside the limits of the site as they are still held in place tanks to the geology of the area.

What is surprising is that a nuclear reaction had occurred in a way that the plutonium, the by-product, was created and the nuclear reaction itself had been moderated something considered as a “holy grail” for atomic science. The ability to moderate the reaction means that once the reaction was initiated, it was possible to leverage the output power in a controlled manner, with the ability to prevent catastrophic explosions or the release of the energy at a single time.

Researchers have dubbed the Nuclear Reactor at Oklo as a “natural Nuclear Reactor”, but the truth about it goes far beyond our normal understanding. Some of the researchers that participated in the testing of the Nuclear reactor concluded that the minerals had been enriched in the distant past, around 1.8 billion years ago, to spontaneously produce a chain reaction. They also concluded that water had been used to moderated the reaction in the same way that the modern nuclear reactors cool down using graphite cadium shafts preventing the reactor from going into critical state and exploding. All of this, “in nature”.
